Fabian Zbinden - chef, entrepreneur, speaker, meditation enthusiast. He used to cook for the stars in Hollywood: Madonna and David Beckham were among his guests. Now he is returning to his roots, or rather - to root vegetables - because the Bernese focuses on vegetarian and vegan dishes.
