Movement is an expression of joie de vivre and vibrancy. Our bodies are unique monuments of nature, which are capable of implausibly precise sequences of movement.
Whereas our ancestors relied completely on this functionality for hunting, farming, and bread-winning physical labour, modern people complete almost everything by clicking on a button. In today's society, movement is at risk of becoming extinct, with fatal consequences for body and mind.

Eating is much more than simply ingesting food. We are controlled by the principle of pleasure and learn from positive impressions. We repeat what makes us feel good, which is why, ideally, healthy food should also be a pleasure.
So, if we learn that food that is good for us, in terms of health science, is tasty at the same time, we will be happy to choose healthy food in future.
EAT – for species-appropriate fuel – is the second pillar in the R1 athlete of life concept. Only if you know what your body needs in order to function properly, will you feel completely comfortable in your body.

In real life, slowing down is just as important as speeding up. We live at a time when the highest level of performance is constantly demanded from us.
