"TWIST" is the name of our restaurant. You will (hopefully) find this twist in all our dishes - whether in the popular classic or the purely plant-based, energy-giving yet easily digestible dishes of our Moving Mountains menus.
This is a space in which to kick back by the fireside. Here we toast and celebrate life, in the "living room of Arosa". Sometimes with live music, sometimes with a DJ, always in the best company.
